When Jo-Anne was a little girl all of her pets started out life as strays but came to stay! Working with pets was a natural career for her.

She was born & raised in Brockville where she met her husband Barry. Jo-Anne graduated from St. Lawrence College in 1993 and has worked in the Brockville area ever since. Jo-Anne brought her skills to our team in 2007. She loves her job and always takes extra time to make sure every question you might have is answered.

Jo-Anne, Barry and their daughters Rachel and Tori live in Brockville. She enjoys boating, skiing and various other family time activities. Jo-Anne can be found on the volleyball court where her nickname is 'The Squirrel'. Jo-Anne has 3 cats - Sweet delicate Molly (the newest rescue of the group), playful and sweet Lily, and Ana the brave and resilient rescue kitten!
